In this test, a test suitcase containing a weight is dropped five times from a height of 120 cm to measure the strength of the casters.

Body surface rubbing test

A grindstone for the rubbing test is pressed against the test body material with a load of 1,000 g and rotates 250 times on the material to inspect surface wear condition and measure the amount of wear.
* Passing this test does not guarantee that the material resists scratches.

Handle strength test

This test checks the durability of handles and locks. The test machine abruptly lifts a test suitcase containing a weight 5,000 times.

Caster running test

A test suitcase containing a weight is forced to travel for a distance of 16 km to test the durability of the casters.

Open/close test

The test suitcase is opened, then closed and locked. This process is repeated 7,500 times to test the durability of the lock and hinges.

Rolling test

A test suitcase containing a weight is rolled violently in a huge hexagonal shaped drum with one side measuring 1.5 m which has protrusions on the inner surface. This test checks the durability of the suitcase against hitting, falling over and rolling.

Humidity test

A test suitcase is placed under a temperature of approximately 40℃ and humidity of 85% for 500 hours to check the quality.

Heat cycle test

After a test suitcase is left under a temperature of 40℃ and humidity of 85% for 24 hours, it is placed under a temperature of -20℃ for 24 hours. This process is repeated three times to test the heat resistance.
